  • Jemma is the founder of the Family Treatment Service and is very much part of the day to day running of the service. You will see her in the clinic and she may join sessions with clinicians to help with care planning or think about a specific difficulty.   • Madalina is our practice manager. She oversees all of the bookings and reception, as well as the practical side of the clinic such as room bookings, health and safety, policies and procedures and looking after our clinicians.

Lara Bobak
Operations Director

  • Lara oversees the administrative and accounting side of the business as well as everything else non clinical. She is also a qualified nutritional therapist and phlebotomist so she has a huge number of skills that she brings to the clinic.

Sally Moyo
London Autism Service Lead

  • Sally Moyo is a highly experienced team leader and clinician nurse specialist having spent the best part of 20 years within specialist NHS Eating Disorder and Neurodevelopmental Services - working with children, adolescents and adults in both in-patient and outpatient settings.

    Sally is a registered Mental Health Nurse and a Systemic Family Practitioner, with extensive experience in delivering Family therapy for Eating disorders, running parent/carer support groups, as well as offering pre and post diagnostic support to people on the ASD pathway. She also works with young people who are experiencing anxiety, depression and emotional dysregulation

    Sally joined our team in 2023 as Specialist Services Lead to help run our two specialist teams - London Autism Service and The Eating Disorder Service. She is the first point of contact for clients accessing these services, using her clinical knowledge to screen referrals, help deliver assessments and interventions and coordinate therapeutic groups.

Steve McCluskey

  • Stephen has over 30 years experience of working as a clinician and in leadership roles in specialist NHS services. Initially qualified as a mental health nurse he has undertaken training in several treatment modalities including Family Based Therapy , CBT, and Mentalization Based Therapy. He has worked in highly specialist Personality Disorder services in which treatment was informed by psychoanalytic psychotherapy and Group Analytic practices. He has worked in a specialist self harm service run along therapeutic community and group based principles. Stephen has extensive experience of working as a clinician and manager with children, adolescents and families within generic Child and Adolescent services (CAMHS) and specialist community eating disorder services. He is particularly interested in group based work, working with couples and facilitating reflective practice groups to teams across a variety of settings including mental health settings and schools.

    Steve does a lot of the day to day liaising with clients and their parents, as well as running some sessions and groups. He is also the first point of contact for referrals.
