It starts with Love All

The annual Wimbledon Village Tennis Windows Competition has become a beloved tradition, bringing together local businesses to showcase their artistic flair and celebrate the world’s most famous tennis tournament.

We have taken part since our opening in 2021, capturing the community's attention and earning recognition for our exciting displays. In 2022, we even managed to clinch the coveted first-place position.

For us, taking part goes beyond mere aesthetics, we want to show that we are a key part of our local community and inspire others to embrace the values of love, compassion, and inclusivity. We have chosen the theme of "Love all" that truly captures how we like to do business - valuing those that work for us and those that work with us, as well as the wider community.

This powerful message embodies the values the Family Treatment Service stands for: love, acceptance, and support for all individuals and families, regardless of their circumstances.

Our window displays are kindly donated by Warren Bushaway @londoneventflorist as a way to give back to The Family Treatment Service for supporting him through a difficult time. Warren, known as the Banksy of Flowers, creates amazing displays for clients across the city from his base in one of the Railway Arches at New Covent Garden. Having struggled with his own mental health, Warren knows how important services like ours are in the community.

His display this year incorporates all the key elements of Wimbledon - tennis balls, vintage racquets, strawberries, and our very own tennis player showering it all down from a vintage bi plane.

We hope that the installation will serve as a poignant reminder that love and understanding can be catalysts for healing and personal growth. We want it to spark conversation among visitors, encouraging them to reflect on the importance of empathy, not only on the tennis court but also in their everyday lives.

If you love our display then please don’t forget to vote for us by visiting the Wimbledon Village Events Facebook Page
