GAD is characterised by feelings of stress or worry that affect your daily life and are difficult to control. is a mental health condition characterized by excessive, persistent, and unrealistic worry about everyday events. Individuals with GAD often find it difficult to control their worry and experience it intensely, even when there is no apparent reason.
