£200 for a one hour initial appointment with a specialist systemic psychotherapist. This enables our clinicians to get a good understanding of your experience and goals, and to design a bespoke care plan.

A General 90 minute Psychiatric Assessment is priced at  £1000

Following a full psychiatry assessment if you require a second 60 minute appointment these are charged at £650.

£800 for a speech & language assessment. This includes a face to face session to go over all aspects of the child’s language; a formal language assessment, where appropriate; and a detailed report.

£120 for a one hour session with our specialist tutor.

We are pleased to be able to offer translation through our partner providers at Clear Voice. This is charged at £60 per hour for translation via phone. In clinic translation is also available with the price available on request.

Please note, a 14 day cancellation policy applies to appointments with Sign Language and/or Deaf Relay interpreters. A charge of 50% of the quoted interpreter fee will be applied when an appointment is cancelled or changes are made within 8 to 14 calendar days of the appointment date. A full charge of the quoted interpreter fee will be applied to cancellations or changes made within 7 or less calendar days of the appointment date.

Upon request we can provide tailored professional letters and reports for clients, for example if required for employers or insurance companies. We charge the following fees to cover Clinician time:

• Brief Professional Letter | £40 - Standard correspondence (e.g., for insurance providers) including working diagnosis, treatment summary, and session attendance.

• Complex Professional Letter | £70 - More detailed letters requiring specific medical information, clinical history, and/or recommendations.

• Bespoke Clinical Reports | £180/£300- For more extensive reporting requirements, we can provide a bespoke quote based on your specific needs. Charges start at £180 for clinical psychologists, and £300 for psychiatrists' reports. Your clinician will provide an estimate of the time required before beginning the work to ensure there are no surprises.
