Dipali is a UKCP-registered Systemic Family Psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families across NHS and private practice settings. She currently works within the Maudsley Centre for Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders (MCCAED), providing specialist systemic interventions for young people and their families. Dipali delivers evidence-based treatments including Systemic Family Therapy for eating disorders (FT-AN and FT-BN), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT-informed) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Her practice is informed by attachment theory and systemic thinking, integrating relational and culturally sensitive approaches tailored to each individual, couple or family. She has a particular interest in working with eating disorders, neurodiversity, adolescent mental health, relationship difficulties and parenting challenges.
